We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for our standard tours during the high season (May-September). For custom itineraries or group tours, 1-2 months advance booking is advised. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
Our guides are fluent in English, and many also speak German, Russian, French, or Spanish. When booking, you can request a guide who speaks your preferred language, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
For standard tours, cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. Custom tours and multi-day packages may have different policies.
Yes, we offer airport transfers to and from Riga International Airport to your accommodation in Riga. This service can be booked separately or included as part of a tour package.
